So I’m doing the final layout of Bruce Tate’s new book, From Java to Ruby: Things Every Manager Should Know, and I’m just loving some of the quotes in here.

For instance, there’s this one from Frederic Chopin:

Simplicity is the final achievement. After one has played a vast quantity of notes and more notes, it is simplicity that emerges as the crowning reward of art.
