Pragmatic Studio and Ship It Live! appearances

I've been trying to cut down on travel lately, but there are two upcoming courses I'm co-presenting that you might be interested in.

If you're in the Reston, VA area on September 12-14 2007 you can attend the premiere of the Agile Developer Studio. It's another of the very popular Pragmatic Studio series, this time focussing on agile software development. Based on our award-winning Practices of an Agile Developer book, Venkat Subramaniam and I will talk about project planning, managing, and transitioning to an agile approach from an organizational level and from a personal perspective. Anyone can talk about being agile. We'll show you how to do it.

If you're looking for more of a tool-and-technique approach, and are in the Reston area on July 30-Aug 1, you can experience the Ship It Live! workshop by Jared Richardson, author of the ever-popular Ship It! book. Jared will cover team-level tools and techniques that help you build great software, and describe Tracer Bullet Software Development. I'll be on hand for Q&A, and will be presenting material from my upcoming book on Refactoring Your Wetware (oh, just Google for it :-)
