Thanks to the CJUG Symposium

Many thanks to the organizers of the CJUG Winter Software Symposium in Chicago. I gave my Wetware talk and they seemed to like it a lot.

I’m always delighted to see such a great reception for such a “soft” topic. When I speak on pragmatic learning and cognitive skills, I’m always a little leary that it isn’t a hard-core technology topic. But as many of the attendees said, they thought it was far more valuable than the usual run-of-the-mill latest technology talk.

There’s a lot more to developing software than just programming…
